Help · Account connections
How to connect your accounts
Connecting an account lets us pull caption, hashtags, and engagement metrics with a single click — no copy-pasting. It's optional; manual input always works too.
Read-only access
We never post, comment, follow, or change anything. We only read public metrics from posts you own.
Disconnect anytime
One click on Connections removes the link and deletes the stored token. Your data is gone from our side.
YouTube
Read-only · OAuth via the official platform
What we'll read
- Public video metadata: title, description, hashtags
- Public stats: like count, comment count, view count
- Your channel name and ID (so we can show 'Connected as ...')
What we won't do
- Upload, edit, or delete any videos
- Read private or unlisted content you don't own
- Post comments or interact on your behalf
Step by step
- 1From your dashboard, go to Connections.
- 2Click Connect on the YouTube card.
- 3Google asks you to choose an account and confirm read-only access. Approve it.
- 4You'll land back on Connections with YouTube marked as Connected.
- 5On the New Audit page, paste a YouTube video URL and hit Pull from YouTube to auto-fill the audit form.
Facebook (and Instagram)
Read-only · OAuth via the official platform
What we'll read
- Posts on Facebook Pages you administer
- Public stats on those posts: likes, comments, shares
- If your Page has a linked Instagram Business account, IG media metadata too
What we won't do
- See or read your personal Facebook profile, friends, or messages
- Audit pages you don't own
- Publish, comment, or react on your behalf
Step by step
- 1From your dashboard, go to Connections.
- 2Click Connect on the Facebook card.
- 3Meta asks you to choose which Pages to grant access to. Pick the ones you want to audit.
- 4If any of those Pages has a linked Instagram Business account, Instagram is connected automatically too.
- 5You can audit a post by pasting a /posts/{id} or /videos/{id} URL into the New Audit form.
Note: Instagram requires a Business or Creator IG account linked to a Facebook Page. Personal IG accounts can't be audited via the Graph API.
